Salon Policies: *Clients are charged a 3.5% platform fee; A variety of payment options are available during checkout Cancellation Policy: please read “cancellation policy” below Refunds: Currently, RG Versatile Beauty does NOT offer partial or full refunds for any service. Clients will have 24 hrs to express any dissatisfaction or concerns with their style. We will be more than willing to redo or fix any issues if necessary. **RG Versatile Beauty is NOT responsible for any reversion due to weather conditions (rain/humidity), exposure to moisture (sweat, steam, etc.), incorrect aftercare or maintenance, or excessive physical activity** Detangle fee: Please do NOT show up to your appointment with matted or severely tangled hair. If you have recently removed a protective style (braids, twists, faux locs or old twist out), please DETANGLE BEFORE you arrive. Failure or inability to do so will result in a detangle fee. Please add a detangle fee onto your service if youre unable to detangle your hair prior to arriving. Curly cuts: For curly cuts, please come with washed, detangled, dry hair. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If you rebook an appointment, you will be charged another deposit. If you would like to reschedule prior to 24 hours, your deposit will be transferred to that appointment. This deposit can be transferred ONE TIME ONLY. Please be mindful about scheduling appointments. I have NO desire to enact my cancellation fee, so please contact me with any questions or concerns. Thank you
